Return Policy:

1. No exchange will be considered without the original invoice enclosed in the return box.

2. If the wrong item was received, a seven (7) days exchange guarantee from the date of receipt is given, provided that the merchandise is as new, complete with box and packaging and in re-sellable condition. If the products are used or opened, then no exchange is possible.

3. If a product is broken, it can be sent back for exchange for the same item within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Exchange will only be made after reviewing a picture sent to our customer service for validation.

4. Exchange will only be made, if stock is available. If stock is not available, you will receive a refund in the same way the original purchase was done. The refund will be initiated immediately, but please note that it will appear on your credit card statement only within the next billing circuit.

5. A refund or exchange can only be performed if all information on the Magic Swell Return Form was filled in.

6. Keep the complete box and packaging if you intend to exchange within the specified exchange period.

7. Exchange can be done only by sending the item with the original packing back to the following address at your expenses: Magic Swell LLC, Office No 103 Saleen Said Mohammed Al Jabri Building NAIF - PO BOX 215728 Dubai UAE.

8. All products and services sold by Magic Swell are subject to any applicable warranties and representations of their respective manufacturers. Accordingly, Magic Swell makes no representation or warranty with respect to any product or service sold.

9. If the product is returned after seven (7) days from the date of receipt, Magic Swell is not obligated to exchange the product or refund you.
