Gear Review:

"The new Obsession is an Evolution of the Type 9. Of course it’s a freestyle Kite. And it’s also the best for Waveriding. The Obsession have a Supported Leading Edge which give to this Kite an amazing depowerability. It turn fast, that’s is good for the big Sizes like 15 and 12. This year comes a new Size : 10,5. This is the Size that will fits most of the conditions. This size give a good power, and you can keep it up to 25 – 30 knots. The smalls kites are a bit slower, they have the perfect manouvrability.
Thanks to this Kite, it’s possible to make all the New School Freestyle Tricks. With the perfect setting, you have nearly the same feeling than a C-Kite.
The Water relaunch from the Obsession has been improved from the previous Type 9 as the Leading edge is slighty inspired from the Delta Shape.
This Kite is the best for people who wants to ride a lot unhooked, for Freestyle or Waves. That’s a really polyvalent kite.
I used the Obsession all this season on the PKRA and other contests."

"Its been a sick end of season for me, coming here to chile I had to come 4th to take the championship for the 5 time, not only did I do that I also came away with a 1st at the last event.
The conditions were pretty hectic with some big kickers and 7m wind, I had also just got my new proto types the day before so the last few days has been a pretty sweet birthday present.
Now I’m going to chill in chile and finish the wave event.
Cheers to Jason for the support and everyone who has helped me get here."
Aaron will be attending the last round of the BKSA in Brighton on the 24th and 25th October. This will also be the first public viewing of Aaron’s new 2009 Flexifoil ‘Hadlow Pro’ model.
